2) Banks/Financial bodies/institutions offer a product (According to Marketing terminologies, banks call it product) to the student to join and execute his study needs without any hurdle.
3) Student loan can be borrowed by any kind heart, compassionate landlord who are happy to help student so that they could become a useful part of society as early as possible without any inferiority complex.
sometimes landlord shows no interest to return it back.

There are many kinds of student loans introduced in United States of America
1) Federal Loans
2) Stafford Loans
3) Private Student loans

Federal student loans, payments are made only when students enrolled in half time status.
In Stafford loans, amount cannot be more than limits both for the subsidized and unsubsidized.
Private student loans, there is no limit and payments are made after graduation but interest start immediately.
Private types of loans may be used for these kinds of expenses like tuition fees, books, accommodation charges etc. Private student loan interest rates differ from federal and Stafford loans. Private student loans sometimes charge “activation fee”.
Activation fee is the payment associated with the account of bank which is taken as service charges in order to process loans application and it is one time charged. In student loan, lender should provide you the legal interest rate statement annually before u accept it because some lenders offer lowest rate or zero percent rate to attract. There are many international students in the U.S.A can obtain student loan with the cosigner who has permanent residency of U.S.A. Terms and condition especially in Private student loan changes from lender to lender so student be aware and thoroughly study all terms of all lenders which are short listed in student loan list.
Criticism is a right of every human being but positively. Student loan programs are also criticized just due to bankruptcy, but in new bill reform 2005, It is removed and presented risk free loans for the students.
